Service Description

When I say I handle your wedding day, I mean it. My coordination package covers just about everything except physically setting up tables and chairs (though I can absolutely rally your groomsmen to make it happen). Here’s what you can expect from me as your coordinator: Full communication with all vendors before and during the event Timeline creation and complete management throughout the day Rehearsal direction and ceremony assistance Setup and styling of décor (yours or mine from Vision Board Rentals) Organizing and managing wedding party members (yes, I’ll boss the groomsmen around for you) Problem-solving and troubleshooting anything unexpected Post-event cleanup and packing of décor items My goal is simple: you focus on marrying the love of your life, I’ll focus on making everything run smoothly.
