Browse our website & inventory. Hopefully you find exactly what your looking for!
Step 2
Jot down a list of all the items & package's you are interested in renting.
Step 4
Under the contact tab, you will see a form to contact us! Go ahead & fill that out!
Once we have received contact information & the Items or packages you wish to rent, we will confirm availability for your date and items!
Step 6
After signing & making your deposit, your date and items will be confirmed!
The Final Step
Relax! You are now in great hands, & have your décor needs fulfilled.
We will work with you up to your event date and will discuss delivery logistics three weeks in advance of the event. Your final invoice is due the week before the event.
Step 5
Once we verify that all of your selections are available for your event date, we will draft a contract and order list for your review. You will look that over and sign and date, or we will make changes if necessary. All bookings require a 50% non-refundable deposit, that will be credited to your final total.
Pick up & return instructions
Pick up is free!
Pickup and returns must be completed in 1 trip. (please plan accordingly)
Date & time for Pick up will be determined prior to your event.
Returns will be the following day after the event.
Delivery pricing/procedure
Delivery is free within 10 miles of our location!
Outside of the 10 mile radius a 1.50/mile is charged.
We will pickup the rentals from your location after the event!
Setup & Teardown services
Don't lift a finger! You enjoy the morning & afternoon basking in all the pre wedding bliss. We set everything up to make your event space everything you envisioned! We return at the end of the night and remove all the rentals so you can relax with your new Life partner!
A flat fee of $250.00 is charged for this service
Flower Wall Rentals
Pickup option not available.
All flower wall rentals must be assembled by a VBR staff.
